I decided to escape the NY winter for a bit and head down to Florida. My first stop was visiting my friend Glenn Closson in Orlando. Glenn never had the chicken parm at Stasio's but he said all their other food was great so we decided to give it a try. I was a little skeptical about how the parms in Florida would be, but this one did not disappoint. The bread really stood out and was very fresh. The sandwich was loaded with fresh mozzarella that was dripping from every bite. The sauce fresh, lively and evenly distributed. The chicken was sliced and not in the full cutlet form that I prefer. It was tender and had a tasty breading but could have been crispier. Overall, this was a solid parm and gets a #onethumbsup
