My latest review was at Gino’s in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Gino’s was recommended by a member of my camera crew and it did not disappoint. The chicken cutlet was pressed, tender and had a nice crisp to it. However, there were a few bites that didn’t have the crispy breading. The cheese was plentiful, tasty, and melted well. The sauce tasted lively and fresh and was balanced with the cheese and chicken. The bread was toasted. A bonus on this parm was the price - it's only $7. This parm gets a #onethumbsup
