My next stop on the road trip was Deadwood, South Dakota where I stumbled upon the Deadwood Eatery. Deadwood is known as the place where one of the greatest gunfighters of the American West, Wild Bill Hickok, is buried. Let's just say it's a good thing Will Bill isn't still around or there might be another gunfight after he tried this chicken parm. The bread was toasted but the bottom was already soggy by my first bite which was shortly after I left the store. The chicken had a light breading but tasted like it was frozen chicken that had just been in the microwave. The sauce wasn't bad and had a fresh flavor to it. The cheese didn't taste like the best quality. This parm gets a #onethumbsdown.
